WHY DO WE NEED HELP?
My family and I had bought a home in Orlando, FL.. We entered into a lease option with a seller, Richard and Bonnie Morrison, which entitled us to exercise our option within a year. We gave them downpayments and monthly installments toward the purchase of the house in excess of 8,000 dollars . When we exercised our option to purchase the house, which we already had a home loan secured, the problems started to arise. We were supposed to close on the house on 10/31/2002. We got a call from Richard Morrison, on 10/31/2002, saying that there was a mix up in the paper work and it would take them a couple of days to get it cleaned up.
Four days later my wife got a knock on the door and was served with forclosure papers. Richard and Bonnie Morrison were forclosing on my house. It seems that the way they purchsed the property and how it was held in a Land Trust gave them the ability to do that. But it gets better.
We immediately got an attorney. It seems that the house was in default even before we signed and entered into the lease purchase one year before that. The type of mortage that was on the home gave them the ability to be in default for that long of a time period.
My attorney started negotiating with them but their demands were so rediculious that I urged my attorney to file suit against them. Which he did but did it with doubts. I gave my attorney a reasonable retainer fee and all he did was try to negotiate for almost a year. I finally got a suit filed against him. But the funny thing is my case is rock solid. The evidence mounted against Richard and Bonnie Morrison is just incredible and this is comming from my attorneys mouth.We have defaults and judgements that the court has awarded us. But still I have nothing accomplished.
Now it is March of 2004 and the bank has finally got its way and I need to be out of my house my the middle of March. My attorney has delayed it as long as possible. Now the details of this case are a lot more then what I am writing here. There are real and fake companies and other trust such as Cam Group Corp. Trust, Aladdin Properties, and Bram Properties which are involved.
My attorney at one point had a settlement with them, they were going to give me back my money and some extra for the crap they put me and my family through plus pay my attorney fees which are in excess of 30,000 dollars. We had an agreement signed which stipulated that upon a structual house inspection would be the only out of the agreement. They came to inspect the house which was in better condition then when we moved in. That following Monday they said the inspection was a failure. The following day we got served with papers from them for Bankruptcy. The papers were dated the day before we signed the settlement agreement. What they did was delayed a court ordered deposition for financial records that was supposed to take place that day that the settlement was reached.
So now I am having to fight them in bankruptcy court. I am out of financial means to go on with this battle and my family and I are being kicked out of our home which we would of had over 40,000 dollars in equity.
It is just my wife, 5 year old daughter, and me that have suffered and have not been allowed to move on with our lives because of this greed driven and evil Morrisons. And It looks like they will be allowed to get away with this horrible act and probably victimize another family trying to live the American dream.

Now we have just recently found that over a million dollars worth of real estate is in Cam Group Corp Tr which Morrrisons daughter has something to do with. This case is very complex and would take me about 3 weeks to explain properly and in great detail.
